Delivery

We aim to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on providing an efficient and reliable service and are here to assist with any queries you may have throughout the delivery process. Due to our vast catalogue of diverse products and their nature, we use a few different shipping methods/services catered uniquely to your order.  

Smaller goods & Accessories

For our less bulky items, your order will arrive with DPD. We aim for this to be a next day service if your order is placed before 12:00pm!

Palletised Items (Paving & Bulk bags)

For our heavier products, your order will arrive via a pallet network provided by our trusted & professional haulage provider. This includes all paving, bulk bags of aggregate / gravel & timber. These particular items will be delivered on a pallet via a tail lift offload using a pallet truck. The item can then be manoeuvred to your desired location as long as access permits. 

Our nationwide paving delivery service costs £99 - These products are sent on our heavy goods service, this cost ensures your materials arrive safely & promptly. 

We aim for this to be a next day service if your order is placed by 12:00pm. Our courier will send a delivery date confirmation text / email & then a 3 hour time slot that your order is expected to arrive, please make sure you are available in person to take delivery at the estimated time. We cannot deliver items if you are not present & without signature. 

Artificial Grass

For our rolls of artificial grass, your order will arrive using our trusted specialist artificial grass delivery provider. This is a 2 man delivery service whom will contact you to arrange the most suitable day for delivery. All artificial grass orders are bespoke and made to measure, because of this please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. If you require artificial grass more promptly please get in touch prior to ordering.

Locations

Please note some post codes may incur additional delivery costs, this is particularly likely if you live in an 'out of area' postcode including Northern Ireland, Ireland, British Isles & The Scottish Highlands.
