As well as this, all Tillers Turf is cultivated on a premium sandy loam soil which helps make installing a new lawn a breeze, all thanks to its sturdy & easy to handle properties.  Our Turf is loved by Homeowners & Golf Clubs around the UK thanks to its luxury appearance & quality.  How to order Our Arena Turf is sold in 1 SQM Rolls. Simply enter the quantity required in the 'quantity selector' and then click the cart button to add to cart.  Roll Size Each roll measures approximately 1.6m x 0.6m (5ft x 2ft) and covers approximately 1 SQM of ground. Each roll has approximately 2cm worth of soil depending on weather conditions at the time of lifting.  Turfing in the winter? It is a common misconception that you cannot lay turf in the colder months however this is actually not the case at all! Turfing in these months can be quite advantageous as the turf has a much longer life span & you do not have to worry as much about the turf drying up like you do in the Summer months. We lay turf all year round, right into December & Into the new year and it is a breeze due these reasons! Delivery Turf will be delivered on pallets using a tail lift & pallet truck via our trusted haulier network.
